Our Sustainability Initiatives

We are committed to operating to high ethical standards across our business’ and our supply chains. We have developed a strategy and plan to reduce our carbon footprint as a company. Working together we can make a difference.

Recognising that climate change poses a threat to the economy, nature and society-at-large, our company commits to take action immediately in order to:

  1. 100% renewable electricity across our operations by the end of 2023

  2. Halve our greenhouse gas emissions before 2030

  3. Achieve net zero emissions before 2050

  4. Disclose our progress on a yearly basis

In doing so, we are proud to be recognised by the United Nations Race to Zero campaign, and to join governments, businesses, cities, regions, and universities around the world with the same missions.

To achieve this, we will address it through our ongoing commitment and plans towards:

Carbon Reduction Plan

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and achieving net zero by 2050. To learn more about our goals, actions, and progress, please read our Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP)

Road Map to Net Zero

We commit to a 50% reduction in our baseline emissions by 2030.  We are reducing our carbon emissions and progressing with our science-based targets, as approved by the Science Based Targets Initiative ("SBTi")

Carbon Emissions Management

We are committed to 100% renewable electricity and have made the switch.   We are completing the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) assessments and will continue with annual assessments to continue our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and improving our environmental performance.  Our score will be shared with our clients.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We are committed to continually improving our performance as a socially responsible company and work with our staff, our clients and our subcontractors to maintain this approach.  To learn more about our goals, actions, and progress, please read our latest Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report.

Environmental and Social Governance

Whereas CSR is our internal initiatives to fulfil our corporate purpose, our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives reflect the impact we have externally.  The programmes compliment each other and are part of our broader sustainability strategy.  We are committed to the annual assessment using the EcoVadis platform and to continually improving our ESG score.
